Free…two…one, go! Here’s where London Marathon runners can get free food and drink after the race tomorrow.

The annual London Marathon is returning to the capital this weekend with a number of cafes and restaurants offering free food and drink to contestants.
Runners across London will have to seriously refuel after the 26.2 mile mammoth and what better time to do it than when you’re already out and about.
From a free burger & beer at Bills to a lighter dim sum dish at Royal China, here is a list of London cafes and restaurants offering free food and drink at the London Marathon 2022.
Places offering Free food and drink to London Marathon runners
1. Bills
Bills have announced they will be generously offering a burger and beer combo for all London Marathon runners this Sunday. All 11 Bills restaurants across London take walk-ins but have encouraged runners to make a booking in advance via the Bills website.
How to claim: In order to qualify for the deal, London Marathon runners will need to show their medal and choose between the Bourbon BBQ, Vegan, Chicken and Classic burger.
2. The Real Greek
Want something a little less starch and a bit more spark? The Real Greek will be offering a free Greek Plate or Vegan Greek Plate for London Marathon runners – from Sunday, October 2 to Thursday, October 6.
How to claim: In order to grab your lunch or evening plate, you will need to show your official London Marathon finishers medal.
3. Three Cheers Pubs
Three Cheers Pub Co has continued its tradition of offering the valiant runners at the London Marathon one free drink per person.
How to claim: All Three Cheers Pubs Co ask, is that you bring your medal with you.
4. Meat Liquor
MeatLiquor are offering all runners and volunteers who participated at the London Marathon 2022 a free burger on the house. The offer includes all of their London branches.
How to claim: In order to qualify for the free burger, don’t forget your medal.
5. Royal China
Royal China is known for offering one dim sum dish to London Marathon runners throughout their London branches. It should be the case again in 2022.
How to claim: In past years, all you had to do was show your medal at qualifying London restaurants.
